About the Role
Provides technical assistance in documenting and clarifying medication history lists under the direction of a pharmacist. Processes, enters, and interprets physician/nurse medication histories, completes full history documentation in the computerized system, and clarifies information through communication with providers, patients, and pharmacies. Performs special projects for the department and works with multiple medication automation systems.

- Clarify medication information by communicating with providers, patients, and pharmacies.
- Perform special projects for the department.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate's Degree in health care or a related field (preferred).
- 1 year of relevant experience in a Pharmacy (required).
- 2 years of relevant experience in Retail Pharmacy (preferred).
Qualifications
- LIC-Pharmacist Intern - State of Michigan (required), or
- LIC-Pharmacy Technician - State of Michigan (required), and
- CRT-Pharmacy Technician, Certified (CPHT) - PTCB Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (required within 90 days), or
- CRT-Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT) - NHA National Healthcareer Association (required within 90 days).
