Pharmacy Technician Lead (2:00PM - 10:30PM ET)

The Lead Pharmacy Technician positions were created to provide growth opportunities for current ExactCare Pharmacy Technicians that have displayed dedication to enhancing their skill set. These individuals will serve as the subject matter expert of their designated pharmacy team. They will work alongside the Pharmacy Managers to drive and support department efficiencies. In this role, the expectation is to act as a leader. This includes, but is not limited to, living by example and supporting company and department goals. As well, the Lead Pharmacy Technician will demonstrate their ability to drive results and achieve a consistent standard of work from the pharmacy team.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of technicians
• Training of new hires
• Prioritizing STAT orders through process
• Quality checklists
• Standard work checklists
• End of day reporting
• Interpreting and Monitoring of Salesforce and DOMO reports and following up (Missing Orders Report, Special Delivery Report, Production Flow)
• Ability to prepare, monitor and follow up with technician schedules
• Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to collaborate with internal partners and resolve patient issues

Qualifications

• No active performance management or corrective action
• 6 months tenure with ExactCare Pharmacy with 6 months spent in current role
• Previous management/leadership experience preferred; ability to provide feedback, hold teams accountable to standards
• Ability to work 2pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday
