Pharmacy Technician II - Specialty
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a high-pressure environment, providing clinical guidance to staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Provide clinical oversight and training to nursing and support staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies and regulations
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota
- At least 5 years of progressive nursing experience
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Leadership certifications such as Certified Nursing Leader (CNL) or similar
- Experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
