Pharmacy Technician I - Inpatient

Responsibilities

• Accurately fill and prepare medication orders for distribution to patients and patient care areas
• Maintain medication inventory, rotating stock regularly and checking for expired medications
• Deliver medications appropriately to designated areas based on medication storage requirements
• Maintains competence in all department policies and standards of practice and complies with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations
• Collaborates with other pharmacy staff members to provide high quality pharmacy services
• Manage multiple priorities and adapts to complete all duties of assigned shifts

Requirements

• CPHT or CPT
• Registered Technician (PA State Board of Pharmacy)

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED
• 1+ years pharmacy experience
