Pharmacy Technician - Full-Time

About the role

The Associate Pharmacy Technician performs duties related to filling and dispensing medications, including oral and IV medications, and maintaining automated dispensing systems. They ensure accurate and prompt delivery of medications to nursing units and ancillary departments in a healthcare setting, supporting patient-centered care and pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Fill and dispense medications accurately.
• Triage patient orders and maintain medication integrity.
• Operate and maintain automated dispensing systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Oregon Pharmacy Technician License or Certification upon hire.

Preferred Skills

• Inpatient experience.
• Experience with Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) and electronic health records (EHR).
