Pharmacy Technician (Full Time)

Job Summary

The Pharmacy Technician assists the pharmacist in filling prescriptions, billing prescriptions to third parties, collecting payments from patients, and maintaining drug inventory.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: One year of retail experience preferred
• Certification/Licensure: Registered as a Pharmacy Technician by the Florida Board of Pharmacy. Certified as a Pharmacy Technician by PTCB or NHA preferred
• Current Florida Driver’s License required

Skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful

Other Requirements

• Able to work flexible hours
• May be required to travel to other CHC locations as needed on a short notice
