Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist(s) with fulfillment duties
• Communicate with staff about sufficient inventory quantities in regards to medication delivery
• Fulfillment of prescriptions including, but not limited to: product receipt, lot tracking, counting medications and shipper coordination
• Organization of medication product on designated shelves
• Gathering of supply items that are included on a delivery ticket
• Creation of supply kits for specified programs
• Communication with RxARECARE and Core Specialty team members
• Additional projects and activities as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Registration as a pharmacy technician with the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy, unless holding a current PA State Pharmacist license

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) licensure
• 2-4 years’ experience as pharmacy technician
• 1-3 years of specialty pharmacy experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Note: If you are not currently registered as a pharmacy technician in Pennsylvania, you may initiate the registration process via the Pennsylvania Licensing System (PALS) and complete the training requirement upon hire with PANTHERx.

Schedule

This position operates between 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., Monday-Friday as required by the Manager.
