Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry/Intake

This is a Fully Remote Job

Responsibilities

• Create patient profiles and process orders from electronic prescriptions and fax queues promptly
• Request refill prescriptions as needed
• Manage incoming documents received via fax

Requirements

• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law
• Minimum of 1 year pharmacy technician experience; specialty pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacy terminology, medication names, and sig codes
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Intermediate typing and keyboarding skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and be detail-oriented
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) certification desired

Pay, Benefits, and Schedule

• Starting salary from $22.00 per hour and up
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST
• Potential to transition to remote work after onsite training
