Pharmacy Technician - Billing Supervisor

Position Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Pay: $62,000 - 70,000 + Annual Bonus
Location: Guardian Pharmacy: 8599 Prairie Trail Dr., Englewood 80112

Essential Job Functions

• Manage billing, A/R, and collection functions
• Supervise team members
• Lead team in development and updates for all operations training manuals
• Aid in month end close processes
• Provide analysis of operational reports
• Coordinate multi-department meetings
• Assist in answering phones and providing customer service
• Perform customer account audits
• Lead by example

Education And/or Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements)
• National Certification preferred (PTCB)

Skills And Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute for experience)
• At least 3 years in high volume claims processing field
• Advanced computer skills
• Pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
• Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
• Ability to work flexible hours
