Pay
Hourly wage: $16 – $29 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)

Pharmacy associates focus on customer needs by managing prescriptions and health-related inquiries. Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, providing product information, and delivering customer service in-store.
