About the role

Provide exceptional customer service to help people live healthier lives by treating customers/employees in a fair and ethical manner, providing a safe, clean, inclusive environment, being a responsible member of the community, providing the right products, services, and care at the right time with fair and accurate pricing.

Responsibilities

  • Direct patient intervention by providing health and wellness services and experiences relevant to the patient as allowable by and consistent with state and federal laws.
  • Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
  • Handle highly confidential information.
  • Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.
  • Follow company guidelines on computerized inventory management, control, and ordering of all medications, devices, supplements and supplies.
  • Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
  • Support company health and wellness initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years old.

Qualifications

  • Desired: Previous comparable experience, EPRN familiarity, and understanding of local, state, and federal regulations.

Skills

  • Understanding and following company guidelines on computerized inventory management, control, and ordering of all medications, devices, supplements and supplies.
  • Handling conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
  • Following directions and seeking assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
  • Supporting company health and wellness initiatives.
