Job Purpose And Summary

Within our Retail locations, Pharmacy Technicians play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy teams to consistently deliver on our brand promise.
Responsibilities
- Living our purpose by following all company SOPs at each workstation to help our Pharmacists manage and improve patient health
- Following pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (i.e., production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
- Creating heartfelt and personalized moments while serving patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; offering immunizations and other services at the register and over the phone; demonstrating compassionate care by solving or escalating patient problems
- Accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories, etc.
- Supporting the pharmacy team to ensure safe and effective operations, including contributing to positive patient experiences and remaining flexible for both scheduling and business needs
- Supporting additional patient health care services (e.g., immunizations, point-of-care testing, and volunteering at offsite clinics)
- Completing additional licensure and training requirements to obtain Technician Immunizer status
- Maintaining vaccine supplies and monitoring for adverse reactions
Requirements
- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
- Must satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
Qualifications
- Must have 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Must have previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- Must be able to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs

Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $18.94 - $28.94 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
