Responsibilities
- Retrieve the appropriate medication from inventory.
- Input customer and prescription information in the pharmacy dispensing system.
- Create prescription labels and adjudicate insurance claims.
- Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions and receiving drug orders.
- Order prescription medication for the Pharmacy Department.
- Stock prescription medication.
- Promote pharmacy initiatives and clinical services to customers.
- Prioritize workload.
- Use effective communication skills and act as an agent of change.
- Maintain a clean and orderly pharmacy for a professional appearance.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED (or meets state-specific requirements).
- Retail or Community Practice experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.55 per hour. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay, determined by market data, qualifications, and role responsibilities. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team.
