Pharmacy Tech III-Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively prepares medications
• Maintains accurate inventory levels
• Evaluates and implements regulatory compliance measures
• Supports operational reliability through efficient processes
• Performs other duties as directed by a licensed pharmacist

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a certified pharmacy technician in a hospital or health system pharmacy setting
• Current registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy
• Active national pharmacy technician certification (e.g., PTCB or NHA)

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program
• Four (4) or more years of relevant pharmacy technician experience, including experience with sterile and non-sterile compounding
