About the role
Assists in preparing, packaging, delivering and charging of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent; accredited training in sterile products preparation
- Pharmacy experience (two years hospital experience preferred)
- Possession of current Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician License
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (depending on state regulations) required
