This position is a Pharmacy Services Representative at CVS Health, located in Hawaii. You will interact with customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain the company's reputation for high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers
  • Gain patient and order information
  • Utilize a working knowledge of insurance, health care, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education
  • Routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $34.15 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Schedule

This is a full time position. We're open Monday through Friday from 8am-6pm and you must be willing to work 40 hours within this schedule. No weekends, limited holidays and covered parking on-site.
