Pharmacy Retail Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations to ensure accurate dispensing and customer service.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coach and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets and KPI benchmarks.
• Analyze sales pipelines to identify growth opportunities within the territory.
• Train associates on product knowledge, promotions, and proper medication handling.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management with insights and recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling escalations professionally.
• Execute merchandising plans to maximize visibility and sales of key SKUs.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and end-of-day reconciliation procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare partners to support community health initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in a retail or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
