Responsibilities
- Lead daily pharmacy operations to ensure accurate dispensing and customer service.
- Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coach and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets and KPI benchmarks.
- Analyze sales pipelines to identify growth opportunities within the territory.
- Train associates on product knowledge, promotions, and proper medication handling.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management with insights and recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling escalations professionally.
- Execute merchandising plans to maximize visibility and sales of key SKUs.
- Maintain cash handling accuracy and end-of-day reconciliation procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare partners to support community health initiatives.
- Drive personal and team development through ongoing learning and merit-based advancement.
Requirements
- Pharmacy retail supervision experience with dispensing accuracy and customer service focus.
- Inventory management and stock replenishment with supplier coordination.
- Regulatory compliance, medication safety, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in a retail or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
