About the role
The Pharmacy Product Manager, Clinical Operations, serves as the central connector transforming pharmacy programs, services, and solutions into market-ready products. This role focuses on improving member experience, access, and affordability by managing, designing, developing, and launching new and enhanced pharmacy and drug management products across all markets and segments. You will develop recommendations, provide expert consultation, and perform assessments to support corporate priorities, market strategies, and product launches. Combining expertise in product strategy, market knowledge, PBM insights, cross-functional leadership, and implementation coordination, this role accelerates change at the intersection of healthcare, pharmacy, technology, and product.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop pharmacy and drug management products through final specifications.
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, leadership, and other departments to define and clarify work objectives, deliverables, and timelines for launching new and revised products.
- Coordinate, consult, and support efforts to achieve deliverables on corporate priorities, market and product strategies, product development, and RFI/RFP responses.
- Identify and frame issues, assess approaches, and develop guiding frameworks to prioritize and complete work.
- Coordinate and facilitate departmental and interdepartmental workgroups, debriefings, planning sessions, and other discussions.
- Work collaboratively with associates, providing coaching and subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or four (4) years of product, consulting, planning, research, and/or equivalent health industry work experience. (Required)
- Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience. (Preferred)
- Four (4) years of healthcare/health insurance product development experience. (Preferred)
- General understanding of health insurance disciplines, including actuarial, underwriting, contracting, marketing, selling, eligibility, billing, and claims functions.

Pay
The salary for this role varies based on geographic location, market conditions, and skills/experience. The posted range is $101,900.00 - $173,200.00 (National Plus Salary Range, used in higher cost-of-labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska). Compensation will be discussed further during the interview process.
