Pharmacy Practice Resident

Job Summary

The Pharmacy Practice Resident must successfully complete all of the goals, objectives, and requirements as set forth by the HCA residency program manual at Portsmouth Regional Hospital within the standard 12-month residency-training program. These overall goals include, but are not limited to, the completion of all rotations in a satisfactory manner and the completion of a major project.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy at a college or university.
• Licensure by the New Hampshire State Board of Pharmacy by examination or reciprocity within 90 days of hire.

Organization Relationships

The resident’s primary professional commitment is to the residency program. Moonlighting is not permitted during the residency year. Organization relationships include being directly responsible to the Residency Program Director and the Director of Pharmacy.
