About the role

The primary responsibility of the FT Back Up Pharmacy Manager is to assist the Pharmacy Manager in managing the pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing inventory and supplies
• Supports the Pharmacy Manager in training and supervising pharmacy staff
• Ensures adherence to all pharmacy policies and procedures
• Maintains a clean and organized pharmacy environment
• Handles customer inquiries and assists with medication-related issues
• Participates in departmental meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Current Pharmacy Technician Certification (PCT)
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and pharmacy practices
• Experience with pharmacy software systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle confidential information

Pay

• FT Rx: $101,920-$127,400
• PT Rx: $49-61.25

Schedule

• FT: Full-time position with flexible hours
• PT: Part-time position with variable schedule
