About the role

As a Pharmacy Manager you will be part of a team committed to providing direct patient care and wellness services. You will play a valuable role in disease‑state management, optimizing medication therapy, delivering outstanding patient‑centered care, and assisting in managing acute and chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, act as pharmacist in charge and manage the financial performance of the pharmacy.
• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license(s) in the state(s) of practice, all held in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting (preferred).
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.
