Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and act as pharmacist in charge.
• Actively deliver patient‑care services, including disease‑state management and medication‑therapy optimization.
• Uphold operational standards, performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license(s) in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer (required).
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting (preferred).
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.
