Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist)

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, act as pharmacist in charge and manage the financial performance of the pharmacy.
• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent (FPGEC – NABP).
• Active pharmacy license(s) in the state(s) of practice, in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.
