Responsibilities

• Responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and act as pharmacist in charge.
• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer.
• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting (preferred).
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.
