Responsibilities
- Lead workflow optimization, enhancement requests, project prioritization and execution
- Partner with Pharmacy Operations, IT, and clinical leaders to improve system performance and the end-user experience
- Drive governance, change management, standardization efforts, and issue resolution
- Identify and meet patient needs utilizing continuous process improvement techniques
- Identify and propose practical solutions to technical, professional, personnel or procedural problems affecting daily workflow
- Ensure the department is adequately staffed with properly trained personnel
- Establish work assignments and schedules
- Participate in the development of operational and clinical program activities
- Promote and develop the clinical activities of pharmacy caregivers through counseling, training and teaching
- Train and instruct caregivers as to their duties
- Cook up orientation and training of new caregivers in job functions and responsibilities
- Maintain records of narcotics, poisons, and habit-forming drugs received in accordance with state and federal laws
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible within 90 days of hire
- Completion of a health-system Pharmacy Administration or Leadership (HSPAL) PGY2 Residency OR four years of relevant pharmacy experience, including one year of leadership experience

Pay
Pay Range Minimum Annual Salary: $118,960.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $190,360.00
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 8:00am–4:30pm. Occasional onsite attendance may be required for team meetings, go-live events, and other enterprise initiatives a few times each year.
