About the role
The Pharmacy Manager at Genoa Healthcare plays a crucial role in serving behavioral health and addiction treatment communities. Reporting to the Pharmacy Director, this individual oversees the pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, and manages the financial, clinical, and quality aspects of pharmacy services.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive consumer and clinic partner experience
- Partner with clinical staff to meet their clinical outcomes
- Counsel and educate patients on medication usage and side effects
- Ensure adherence to policies and standards
- Perform wellness services like immunizations and flu shots
- Drive financial profitability and identify growth opportunities
- Motivate, develop, and coach pharmacy staff
- Build strong relationships with the community and stakeholders
- Implement marketing plans to promote pharmacy offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of Oregon
- Certified immunizer
- Willingness to complete LAI Training

- 2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience

The salary range for this role is $112,700 to $193,200 annually, subject to eligibility requirements. Genoa Healthcare complies with all minimum wage laws and is a drug-free workplace.
