We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented details. Remove boilerplate like "Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference."? That is part of job summary maybe but it's a tagline; we can keep as prose? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The tagline might be considered boilerplate? It's part of the company's vision; but it's repeated at start and end. Might be considered boilerplate but it's part of the job summary. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The tagline "Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference." is likely part of the company's mission statement; could be considered boilerplate but it's also in the job summary. However they said remove EEO etc. Not sure about tagline. Safer to keep it as part of job summary prose. We need to parse the posting. Job Summary: "Directs and supervises Pharmacy Services for the campus including central pharmacy and satellites, IV sterile and non-sterile compounding, drug distribution and storage, clinical pharmacy services, drug information, investigational drug services; assists in managing academic and educational programs for pharmacy students, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy residents; coordinates pharmacy education for campus pharmacy staff." Then "Position focus Business Ops-Acute Care/Infusion/Rev Cycle" Essential Functions: a list of duties. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities: description. Minimum Requirements: Education, Experience, In Lieu Of, Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: list. Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Location: Corporate - Columbia - Sumter St Facility Upstate Specialty Pharmacy Department Administrative and General Then "Share your talent with us! Our vision is simple: to transform healthcare for the benefits of the communities we serve. The transformation of healthcare requires talented individuals in every role here at Prisma Health." That's boilerplate? Might be considered generic marketing; but it's substantive? It's generic. Probably we should remove as it's not specific to the job. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those, but it's generic marketing. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to omit. We need sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (essential functions + supervisory), Requirements (minimum requirements?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities), Benefits (none), Pay (none), Schedule (work shift). We should only include sections with real specific content. We have: - About the role: job summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: essential functions list + supervisory responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe education and experience? Could be under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe certifications/licenses? Or we could combine. But we must not create thin sections. Let's decide to have:

About the role

Schedule

Day shift (United States of America)

We have no specific Benefits or Pay info, so omit those sections. Location maybe could be included in About the role? Could add a short paragraph after summary? But location is substantive. Could add a

Location: Corporate - Columbia - Sumter St Facility Upstate Specialty Pharmacy Department Administrative and General

maybe under About the role or as separate section? There's no heading for Location; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. We must not repeat job title. Ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference." Might keep as part of summary? It's at start and end. Might be considered boilerplate but it's also part of the company's vision. I'd keep it once maybe at start of summary? The posting begins with that tagline then "Job Summary". It's likely part of the header. I'd remove it to avoid boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This tagline is not exactly those, but it's repetitive. I'd remove it. Thus About the role paragraph: "Directs and supervises Pharmacy Services for the campus including central pharmacy and satellites, IV sterile and non-sterile compounding, drug distribution and storage, clinical pharmacy services, drug information, investigational drug services; assists in managing academic and educational programs for pharmacy students, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy residents; coordinates pharmacy education for campus pharmacy staff. Position focus Business Ops-Acute Care/Infusion/Rev Cycle" Add location after that maybe as separate sentence. Now Responsibilities: combine essential functions and supervisory responsibilities. Essential Functions list items: - Oversees and manages inpatient pharmacy operations including drug distribution, IV services, Central pharmacy and pharmacy satellites. - Oversees and manages all clinical pharmacy services, drug information, investigational drug services and other clinical pharmacy programs; supervises development and implementation of drug use policies and provides feedback to Medical Staff on effectiveness of these programs; supports Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and other committees of the Medical Staff regarding Pharmacy Services as needed. - Develops and manages programs to improve patient clinical quality and outcomes involving pharmacy services for both inpatients and outpatients. Develop appropriate performance and outcomes measures to assure quality and improve pharmacy performance. - Provides oversight and supervision to all inpatient pharmacy staff. Develop and communicate the pharmacy mission/vision and strategic plan to appropriate staff. Maintain compliance with all required regulatory agencies including State Board of Pharmacy, state health department, CMS, and Joint Commission. Emulate Prisma Health Standards of Behavior with all direct and indirect reports, utilize Performance Improvement and Commitment to Excellence programs, conduct education and maintain required documentation. Serve as a mentor to all direct reports and provide guidance and leadership. - Oversees the hiring, orientation and training of new and existing employees. Maintains appropriate documentation for staff competency. Develops new training and education programs for existing staff. Creates and maintains staff schedule and assure proper processing of payroll. Ensures that all performance evaluations, CBTs, PPDs and licensees are current and up to date. - Develops and manages the academic and training program for pharmacy students and pharmacy interns for in-patient pharmacy services. Maintains working relationship with Colleges of Pharmacy to provide contracted services. - Assists the campus Administrative Team with development, management and maintenance of departmental budgets and financial operations of the department; develops cost savings and cost avoidance programs to maintain financial stability of the pharmacy program. - Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities: - Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of employees that may include final budget authority, hire/termination/disciplinary authority, performance appraisal responsibility. - Job will be considered a member of the management staff with direct reports. We can combine into list. Now Requirements: we already have education, experience, in lieu, certifications. We could separate Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (certifications/licenses). But to avoid thin sections, maybe combine into Requirements. But we have Skills separate. Thus final HTML:
