About the role
The Pharmacist in Charge is responsible for leading pharmacy operations, providing comprehensive patient care, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and support patient health in accordance with regulations.
- Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing, inventory, and operational procedures.
- Model and enforce customer service standards to meet patient needs.
- Lead community outreach initiatives, promoting community health and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety protocols through report analysis and safety reviews.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, and pharmacy license.
- Completion of accredited immunization training.
- Experience working with patients and healthcare providers.
- Ability to analyze data for performance improvement and financial decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills to manage staff and pharmacy operations.
