Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and motivate staff as the pharmacist-on-duty
• Maintain best-in-class pharmacy service and provide clinical services like immunizations and MTM
• Mentor and develop a high-functioning team, offering developmental opportunities
• Inspire the team to perform their best, ensuring accountability and enthusiasm for innovation
• Manage performance, scheduling, and task assignment to meet operational needs
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain competitive advantage through data-driven decision-making
• Manage medication inventory and optimize sales while minimizing shrinkage
• Lead pharmacy clinical initiatives such as MTM and immunizations
• Engage in community health events and screenings
• Support other pharmacy duties as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy
• Unrestricted state pharmacist license
• No active suspensions, sanctions, or restrictions related to health insurance programs
• No unacceptable drug test results within the past three years

Preferred Qualifications

• Immunizing pharmacist with state requirements met or scheduled to meet
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Numerical and financial aptitude
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control
