Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and motivate staff as the pharmacist-on-duty
• Maintain best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, fostering personalized relationships and clinical services
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, providing developmental opportunities and challenging assignments
• Inspire the team to achieve goals, gain buy-in, and empower accountability
• Manage performance, ensuring operational activities are met efficiently
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge through data-driven decision-making
• Manage medication inventory and enhance sales, minimize shrinkage, and meet customer needs
• Advance pharmacy clinical initiatives like Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and immunizations
• Engage in community health events to meet local health needs
• Adapt to a flexible work schedule to serve customers

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• A graduate of a school of pharmacy
• An unrestricted state pharmacist license
• No active suspensions, sanctions, or restrictions related to health insurance programs
• No unacceptable results on a company-sponsored drug test within the last three years

Preferred Qualifications

• Immunizing pharmacist certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Numerical and financial aptitude
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control
