Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Supervising and mentoring pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and clerks
- Ensuring prescription accuracy, counseling patients, and collaborating with healthcare providers
- Overseeing inventory management, controlled substances records, and maintaining regulatory adherence
- Leading efforts for operational efficiency and maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment
- Providing immunization services and supporting patient care initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy
- Previous managerial experience in pharmacy preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of current pharmacy regulations and compounding practices
- Able to work independently and use relevant software programs
- Certification in pharmacy-based immunization delivery or willingness to obtain it
