Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care
• Manage pharmacy performance through coaching and follow-up
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Show empathy and coach the team to deliver compassionate care
• Immunize patients and support pharmacy technicians
• Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure compliance with regulations
• Onboard new pharmacy team members and support cross-training
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaged team dynamic
• Review business reports and develop action plans
• Build a culture of safety, empowerment, and inclusion
• Stay updated on clinical and technical skills
• Provide pharmacist-delivered clinical care and holistic care

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time
• Communication Skills: Use and understand verbal and written communication to interact with patients and colleagues
• Problem Resolution: Identify and address challenging patient or colleague interactions
• Physical Demands: Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
• Team Management and Leadership: Lead by example, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $65.00 - $85.00 per hour or $134,000 - $179,000 annually for full-time employees. The actual pay will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, and location.

Schedule

This position is full-time and offers a typical weekly schedule of 40 hours.
