Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care
- Manage pharmacy performance through coaching and follow-up
- Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
- Show empathy and coach the team to deliver compassionate care
- Immunize patients and support pharmacy technicians
- Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure compliance with regulations
- Onboard new pharmacy team members and support cross-training
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaged team dynamic
- Review business reports and develop action plans
- Build a culture of safety, empowerment, and inclusion
- Stay updated on clinical and technical skills
- Provide pharmacist-delivered clinical care and holistic care
Requirements
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist
- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
- Attention and Focus: Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time
- Communication Skills: Use and understand verbal and written communication to interact with patients and colleagues
- Problem Resolution: Identify and address challenging patient or colleague interactions
- Physical Demands: Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
- Team Management and Leadership: Lead by example, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment

Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $65.00 - $85.00 per hour or $134,000 - $179,000 annually for full-time employees. The actual pay will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, and location.
Schedule
This position is full-time and offers a typical weekly schedule of 40 hours.
