Responsibilities
- Deliver our purpose, model our values, and demonstrate genuine, authentic care for our patients.
- Lead and direct a Pharmacy Staff, comprised of both staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
- Manage, oversee and operate all aspects within your pharmacy, including:
- Patient Safety
- Pharmacy Professional Practice
- Regulatory Requirements
- Quality Assurance
- Customer Service
- Personnel Management
- Inventory Management
- Financial Profitability
- Loss Prevention
- Workflow Management
- Keep customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs.
Requirements
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Listed on the pharmacy state license as the ‘pharmacist in charge'
- Registered with your state PMP administrator to access PMP (if applicable)

Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is $70.00 - $91.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
