Pharmacy Intern

About the role

A Pharmacy Intern who is licensed to practice as a Pharmacy Intern with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy. This Pharmacy Intern will assist the Pharmacist in providing pharmaceutical services, medication distribution functions, IV compounding, and other duties to enhance hospital-wide patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist in providing pharmaceutical services
• Medication distribution functions
• IV compounding
• Other duties to enhance hospital-wide patient care

Requirements

• Must be accepted and/or enrolled in an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy
• Inpatient hospital work experience preferred
• Must have an Intern Permit with State Board of Pharmacy in Arkansas prior to orientation

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Pharmacy Intern with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy
