Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support managed care operations and pharmaceutical services
• Aid in the execution of pharmacy services and reimbursement strategy for partner manufacturers and pharmacies
• Engage in business development projects, including market research, data analysis, and client engagement
• Develop expertise in patient-focused programs and adherence strategies
• Conduct presentations highlighting insights, findings, and recommendations in the various programs involved to leadership
• Manage a team of agents and supervisors to ensure timely execution of program deliverables while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Engage in professional development opportunities, including mentorship of pharmacy students, workshops, and networking events

Qualifications

• PharmD degree (recent graduates or within 1 year of graduation)
• Strong interest in managed care, pharmaceutical industry services, and patient-centered healthcare
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
• Strong sense of accountability and dependability
• Strong computer skills in Excel
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), POS software, and Pharmacy software

Pay

The Pay Range For This Role Is 25 - 25 USD per hour (HQ)
