About the role

Noble Community Clinics is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Pharmacy Delivery Driver to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring patients receive their prescription medications safely, accurately, and on time. The Pharmacy Delivery Driver provides delivery and courier services between pharmacy locations, clinics, and designated patient locations while maintaining patient confidentiality and the security of medications and pharmacy materials. When not making deliveries, this position also assists with routine pharmacy and operational support. What You'll Do

  • Deliver prescription medications, pharmacy supplies, and related items to patients safely, accurately, and on time.
  • Verify patient identity and prescription information at the time of delivery.
  • Obtain required signatures and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with patients regarding delivery status, delays, or concerns.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service during all patient interactions.
  • Transport medications, supplies, documentation, and other pharmacy materials between pharmacy locations, clinics, and designated sites.
  • Organize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Maintain the security and integrity of medications and pharmacy materials during transportation.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and organizational vehicle policies.
  • Report vehicle maintenance concerns, accidents, or other incidents promptly.
  • Assist pharmacy staff with routine administrative and operational tasks when not making deliveries.
  • Support inventory organization, stocking, filing, and other assigned pharmacy support functions.
  • Adapt to changing delivery schedules, priorities, and operational needs.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational requirements.
  • Follow applicable pharmacy, transportation, safety, and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions with patients, coworkers, and community partners.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • CPR certification.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of driving experience.
  • Previous delivery, courier, transportation, or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of local geography and ability to navigate efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential patient information appropriately.
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.

Schedule

Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am-2pm
