Pharmacy Delivery Clerk

Position Summary

The Delivery Clerk packs and delivers products to customers in a timely and professional manner ensuring scheduled delivery times are met. Assists warehouse activities as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Packs and delivers products to customer.
• Performs material receiving, stocking, and shipping.
• Provides general maintenance and cleaning support to pharmacy.
• Maintains the warehouse.
• Participates in clean room product introduction activities

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to perform basic computer functions
• Ability to work in mechanically oriented situations
• Ability to interface with customers and vendors
• Light warehouse work
• Ability to perform extended time driving

Expertise: Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc

• Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Holds a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or a commercial license
• Clean driving record
• Participates in and delivers training as required
• Desired:
• Equivalent work experience

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities: Other Duties

• Assists with materials handling
• Assists with maintenance and service of CAPS, facility and vehicles
• Operates warehouse equipment as assigned, including power industrial trucks (e.g. pallet jack, forklift, etc.)
• Assists with product disposal and destruction

Physical Environment

• Both Outdoor and indoor work
• Working conditions are generally clean and well lit

Schedule

• Monday-Friday and every other weekend
• Holidays/overtime as needed

Pay

• Salary range is $18.54 - $19.00
