Boomer Solutions of Tulsa, a member of the Guardian family of pharmacies, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We specialize in delivering customized medication management solutions to support healthcare organizations serving seniors and individuals with complex care needs.

About the role

This position involves working assigned routes with time-sensitive delivery requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while complying with all Federal and Company privacy regulations regarding safeguarding patient information.

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 6 pm - 6 am

Responsibilities

• Determine the most efficient and logical route for each assigned delivery
• Check totes for assigned facilities to ensure order completeness prior to departure
• Deliver correct totes to facilities in a timely manner
• Exchange facility emergency kits and IV boxes as needed
• Pick up return items and refused medications using all safety protocols
• Complete all paperwork/filing requirements accurately at the end of each shift
• Present a pleasant and respectful demeanor to all clients
• Work collaboratively with team members in special circumstances; remain flexible
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and report needs to supervisor
• Complete delivery assignments within the shift time while complying with traffic regulations
• Follow instructions precisely related to patient privacy rules
• Perform other essential functions and duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• State Driver’s License
• Must be 21 years old or older
• 2+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute for experience)
• Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills with minimal direction
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Quality-minded; motivated to identify and inquire about inaccuracies
• Ability to use GPS and hands-free cell phones
• Ability to read and follow directions/maps in English
