Pharmacy Clinical Supervisor, Infusion/Oncology

Job Summary

The Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor for Infusion and Oncology Services at CoxHealth South oversees a high-acuity oncology and infusion pharmacy service line, working closely with physicians, nurses, and health system leaders to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain policies and procedures focused on clinical practices and medication protocols
• Conduct performance reviews
• Participate in departmental planning and goal setting
• Lead cross-functional teams
• Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to communicate complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences
• Exemplify the CoxHealth mission, vision, and values, acting with empathy, flexibility, maturity, independence, and initiative
• Optimize pharmacy operations
• Serve as a primary resource for learners, preceptors, and administrative staff
• Ensure alignment of educational initiatives with organizational goals and accrediting standards

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's of Pharmacy required
• Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy; Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency
• Experience: 1-2 Years Related Experience Preferred; 1-2 Years Managerial/Supervisory experience
