Pharmacy Clerk

About the role

This position provides excellent customer service by completing the sales transaction process for customers in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and neat area in the pharmacy and work areas, greeting all customers, and offering assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Champion Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx and assist with enrollment.
• Receive, unpack, and check merchandise to ensure all items are received and in good condition.
• Stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products.
• Maintain the health aids department and assist with its upkeep.
• Learns and implements new technologies as they become available.
• Maintains flexibility in job roles and can modify responsibilities as needed.
• Helps throughout the store or nearby locations as necessary.
• Maintains good attendance and punctuality.
