About the role

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a full‑time Pharmacy Clerk in #065 Grafton, North Dakota to provide excellent customer service by completing the sales transaction process for customers in a friendly, accurate and timely fashion, maintain clean and neat pharmacy work areas, and greet all customers offering assistance. Thrifty White Pharmacy was recognized as Pharmacy Innovator of the Year by Drug Store News.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Champion Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx, and assist with patient enrollment.
• Receive, unpack, and check merchandise to verify receipt and acceptable condition.
• Stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products.
• Maintain the health aids department as needed.
• Learn and implement new and changing technologies.
• Maintain flexibility in changing work roles and adapt to modified job responsibilities.
• Willing to help anywhere in the store or nearby locations as required.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality to fulfill essential job functions.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Frequent talking and hearing; use of hands and fingers to handle or operate objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
