Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by completing the sales transaction process for customers in a friendly, accurate and timely fashion.
• Maintain a clean and neat area in the pharmacy and work areas.
• Greet all customers and offer assistance.
• Build loyalty and repeat business for Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx.
• Enroll patients in these programs.
• Receive, unpack, and check merchandise to ensure all items are received and in good condition.
• Stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products.
• Perform health aids department maintenance as needed.
• Learns and implements new and changing technologies on an ongoing basis.
• Maintains flexibility in new or changing work roles and modifies job responsibilities as required.
• Helps in any part of the store or nearby locations as needed.
• Maintains good attendance and punctuality.
