Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and operate the cash register
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail, accuracy, and neatness
- Utilize basic math skills for pharmaceutical calculations
- Navigate Electronic Health Record and Pharmacy Software
- Work in harmony with others and exhibit a positive attitude and commitment to the mission of the organization
- Uphold and abide by patient confidentiality policies and procedures
- Actively participate in agency-sponsored staff training events (safety instruction, evacuation drills, OSHA training, etc.)
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to organizational needs (filing, cleaning, etc.)
- Greet every guest in a manner that makes them feel welcome
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette, giving name, title, and department; be pleasant and attentive, take accurate notes, and facilitate clarification of key information
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow the established dress code
- Perform all other duties as assigned
