Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft programs
• Previous experience in an office setting and knowledge of office policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Exceptional communication and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Answering phones, data entry, filing, typing, and photocopying
• Manual assembly, scheduling appointments, research
• Assisting people as they come into the office
• Other general office duties and special projects as assigned
