Pharmacy Business Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Pharmacy Business Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support pharmacy strategic planning by analyzing opportunities, assessing outcomes, and helping drive initiative performance against business goals. The position partners closely with stakeholders across the organization to advance pharmacy-related priorities and keep leadership informed on progress. It also provides mentorship to less experienced team members and contributes to a collaborative, cross-functional environment with minimal supervision. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $108,600 – $180,600 annually Responsibilities Conduct opportunity analyses for pharmacy strategic planning Interface with stakeholders across business areas to advance strategic pharmacy initiatives Perform outcomes analyses to assess initiative performance against goals Provide project updates to pharmacy management Mentor less experienced Pharmacy team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Healthcare, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered 5-7 years of experience in Managed Care or Health Insurance 1-3 years of Pharmacy Operations experience preferred Strong oral and written communication skills Proven track record as a self-starter with collaborative problem-solving abilities Benefits Remote work flexibility Opportunity to shape pharmacy strategy and initiatives Mentorship role for professional development Access to cross-functional projects Supportive work environment with minimal supervision Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
