About the role
The Pharmacy 340B Program Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the 340B Program operates efficiently and effectively across the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and the ability to drive compliance and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the 340B program, including audit readiness, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
- Drive split-billing operations, data analytics, and enterprise-level reporting to ensure accuracy and maximize savings.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to strengthen program performance.
- Monitor and optimize contract pharmacy relationships and performance.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership across Pharmacy, Finance, and Compliance.

- Affords assessments potential organizational impact of 340B changes and ensures 340B program is continuously compliant with federal regulations.
- Develops and/or updates 340B policies and procedures whenever there is clarification to interpretation, or change in the rules, regulations, or guidelines to 340B requirements.
- Reviews 340B policies and procedures annually.
- Shares expertise and provides training, education, and communication to staff and Program participants regarding 340B Program compliance.
Additional Job Details
- Working Model Required: M-F Eastern Business Hours, Hybrid includes on-site and remote workdays, with planned in office workdays, ad hoc meetings and/or for business meetings/ audits, must be flexible for business needs in Somerville and Boston.
- A quiet, secure, compliant workspace is required for remote workdays, and will be viewed and confirmed via Microsoft Teams Video on day 1.
Pay Range
$99,465.60 - $144,643.20/Annual
