About the Role
The Pharmacy 340B Program Analyst is responsible for providing ongoing program development and coordination support. Responsibilities include 340B baseline knowledge, drug purchasing, inventory processes, monthly reporting and audits, split-billing software maintenance, pharmacy department relationships, dispensing monitoring in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and all areas of program compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, statistics, or healthcare-related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Three (3) years of compliance, business, finance, or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of 340B related duties in a hospital or related healthcare field
- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with data query/data management and PowerPoint preferred
Pay
$34.50 - $51.31 per hour
