Evaluation Tasks

Evaluators will be asked to review AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning. They will also compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response based on current pharmacy standards.

Tasks may involve:

• Evaluating the accuracy and clinical reasoning of AI-generated responses to drug scenarios.
• Comparing different model answers and selecting the most appropriate response.
• Writing improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short in medication counseling or pharmacology.

Requirements

To be eligible, candidates must have:

• A current license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent).
• Board certification where applicable.
• Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
• Comfort in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.

Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A reliable, fast internet connection.
• A computer.
• A PayPal account to receive payments.

Benefits

Evaluators will be paid up to $120 USD/hr per task completed, depending on their skills and experience level. Participants are considered self-employed and will be responsible for self-declaring their earnings.

Pay

Payouts are made via PayPal and are typically processed within 7 business days after the completion of a task.

Schedule

Tasks can range from 15 minutes to an hour in duration, allowing evaluators to fit their work around their schedule.

Qualifications

To ensure the highest quality of data, all evaluators must pass a short skills/eligibility screener. This assessment will confirm that applicants meet the necessary requirements for the role.
