Evaluation Tasks

Evaluators will be asked to:

• Review AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios and rate their accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
• Compare multiple model answers and select the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
• Create improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help AI models learn where they fall short in medication counseling or pharmacology.

Requirements

• Verified Status: Current license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent), and board certification where applicable.
• Clinical Expertise: Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy, with comfort in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
• Precision: Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
• Technical Readiness: Reliable, fast internet connection, a computer, and a PayPal account for receiving payments.
• Independence: Willingness to self-declare earnings (participants are considered self-employed).
• Assessment: Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join the Domain Expert pool.
