Evaluation Tasks

Evaluators will be asked to review AI-generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning. They will also compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response based on current pharmacy standards. Additionally, evaluators will write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short in medication counseling or pharmacology.

Requirements

• Verified Status: Current license/registration in good standing (e.g., PharmD, RPh, or equivalent)
• Clinical Expertise: Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy, with comfort in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning
• Precision: Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour
• Technical Readiness: A reliable, fast internet connection, a computer, and a PayPal account to receive payments
• Independence: Willingness to self-declare earnings (participants are considered self-employed)
• Assessment: Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join our Domain Expert pool
